Refunds
Because Luna Mindlabs provides customized professional services and digital deliverables, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Refunds will not be provided for completed work, partially completed work, delivered materials, time already reserved, or services already performed.
If a client cancels before work has started, Luna Mindlabs may review the request and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Requests made before work begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once an engagement has started, cancellation may not be available.
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required information, feedback, or access needed to perform the service, Luna Mindlabs reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or administratively close the engagement after reasonable notice.
Client Responsibilities
